Club 53 events are strictly 21 and over. Valid government-issued ID is required on entry for all guests. Refusal of entry on age grounds does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund under any circumstances.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except in the event of cancellation by Club 53. All Paystack and Eventbrite transactions are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Submission of a table reservation enquiry form on this website does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Reservations are confirmed by the Club 53 team directly. Deposit and full payment terms will be communicated upon confirmation.
Club 53 reserves the right to refuse entry to any person at any event, at its sole discretion.
In the event that Club 53 cancels an event, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund. Club 53 accepts no further liability beyond the face value of the ticket.
Club 53 and 53 Group shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests at Club 53 events, except where required by applicable Nigerian law. Guests attend at their own risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
